Jason Goepfert at SentimenTrader continues: Assuming they invest along with their opinions, they’re about fully invested for one of the few times in 30 years (see chart below).
Extreme Exposure To Stocks
If we assume that newsletter writers have a more direct link between their mouths and their wallets, then we must assume that they’re now fully invested, or close to it. The latest survey from Investor’s Intelligence showed a wide spread between bulls and bears. If we translate that to their hypothetical exposure to stocks, they’re at about 95%.
