Here is today’s gold news for gold, silver and the mining stocks.

The Good News For Gold
September 9 (King World News) –
Peter Schiff:  Everything sold off the moment the government released record negative jobs revisions. It was a classic buy the rumor, sell the news trade. Of all the markets that sold off, the one that should rally back to hit new highs is gold. Bad news on jobs is good news for gold.

The Real Reason Gold Is Rising
Peter Schiff:  The mainstream media has no idea why gold is rising. They attribute the gain to uncertainty, volatility, or rising geopolitical risks. They refuse to recognize that rising unemployment, swelling federal deficits, rate cuts, and a weakening dollar will lead to soaring inflation.

Gold Miners
Ole Hansen, Head of Commodity Strategy at SaxoBank:

Silver vs Gold
Graddhy out of Sweden:
The Silver-to-Gold-Ratio (SGR) here, which is the reverse Gold/Silver Ratio (GSR), has a cleaner pattern than GSR. This chart now looks ready to deliver a historical up-move and lifetime opportunity.
