May 20 (King World News) – Alasdair Macleod, head of research at Goldmoney: “I’ve attended two mining conferences in the last five or six weeks and I’ve been very impressed with the quality of the exploration companies. The problem is the investment community has forgotten the whole junior exploration sector. How can they ignore the sector which produces and explores for commodities and gold when there are no big discoveries on the horizon?
The mergers and acquisitions of the small mining stocks is going to start escalating. It always does in the early stages. You look at the exploration companies and they are the most overlooked sector in the world right now.
