European pay-TV broadcaster Sky has taken full control of Sky Deutschland after buying the remaining stock that it did not already own, the media giant said Tuesday. “Sky has consolidated its position as Europe’s leading entertainment company after completing the acquisition of the remaining shares in Sky Deutschland,” it said in a statement.
