An African safari may be on most people’s travel bucket lists, but for wildlife viewings closer to home (and at a fraction of the cost), consider an American safari. For something less structured, consider a self-guided drive through South Dakota to view buffalo, or just pick a prime
Introduction Big in name and big in nature, big data is a technology buzzword that isn’t going away any time soon. ABI Research thinks that big data spending on a global basis exceeded $31 billion (around £20.8 billion, or AU$40.2 billion) in 2013 and will motor on to hit $114 billion (around £76.6 billion, or AU$148 billion) in 2018, and yet there are many who are still befuddled as to
Introduction I’ve probably installed Windows 10 Technical Preview (TP for short) about 20 times over the last few months on tablets, laptops and desktops, and in the process have learnt quite a few things about the all-important installation journey. A new photo editing application was hardly likely to be dumbed down any

The first day of hearings began with a four-hour session in which Facebook’s lawyers tried to convince the judge not to admit the suit brought by law
Apple said it would take orders for the watch exclusively online during the initial launch period. Based on a survey in the United States on consumer interest in buying the Apple Watch, BMO Capital Markets has cut its estimate for sales to 39 million units though September 2016. Apple is among several companies, including Samsung Electronics Co Ltd and Sony Corp , that are jumping into the nascent market for
